1. Who We Are
Juice Serve Inc. is the company responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy unless this Privacy Policy states otherwise.
Depending on the specific Service and relationship involved, Juice may act as a data controller, business, or equivalent organization that decides how and why personal data is processed; or a data processor, service provider, or equivalent provider processing data on behalf of a fleet, employer, property owner, parking operator, charge point operator, or other customer or partner.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, you can contact us at: privacy@js.eco

5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where EEA, UK, or other similar laws apply, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Services you request or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; legitimate interests, including operating and improving the Services, securing the Services, preventing fraud, administering customer and partner relationships, protecting rights and property, and managing business operations, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms; compliance with legal obligations; consent, where required by law; and other lawful bases available under applicable law.
If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, although this will not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

We do not sell personal data for money. We also do not use sensitive personal data to infer characteristics about individuals except as necessary to provide requested Services, maintain safety and security, or comply with law.
8. International Transfers
Juice operates internationally, and personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States, the EEA, and the UK.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, intra-group transfer mechanisms, contractual protections with vendors and partners, or other lawful transfer tools.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to: provide and support the Services; maintain account and transaction records; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; investigate incidents, disputes, or claims; and protect our rights and legitimate interests.
Retention periods vary depending on the category of data, the nature of the relationship, the relevant legal requirements, and operational necessity. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or de-identify it where appropriate.
