Juice

Terms of Service

Juice Serve Inc. — Effective April 10, 2026

Last Updated: March 11, 2026

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

IMPORTANT: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver (Section 23) that affect your legal rights. U.S. users agree to resolve most disputes through individual arbitration rather than in court. EU/UK consumers retain their mandatory consumer rights and may bring claims in their local courts.

By adding a vehicle or vehicle identifier (including license plate numbers, VINs, RFID/NFC tags, QR codes, app tokens, virtual cards, or similar identifiers) to your Juice account or fleet account, you authorize charges to your saved payment method(s) or invoicing arrangement for any session, transaction, fee, fine, or service initiated using those identifiers at participating locations.

1. Introduction and Key Terms

This is a legal agreement between you and Juice. It covers how our vehicle-identification and payment platform works, what we each promise, and how we handle your data. We have added plain-language summaries like this one before the most complex sections to help you understand your rights. For full details on how we collect and use your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Juice Serve Inc. d/b/a "Juice" ("Juice," "we," "us," or "our"), a California, U.S.A. corporation with its principal office at 710 Lakeway Drive, Suite 200, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, governing your access to and use of our websites (including js.eco), applications, accounts, and related products and services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You may contact us at juice@js.eco or by mail at the address above.

2. About Juice and the Services

Juice provides a platform that uses computer vision and other technology to identify vehicles and automate Mobility Services transactions — such as EV charging, parking, car wash, toll, fueling, gate access, and other drive-in/drive-through services — and to process payments to Operating Partners. Rates, rules, and availability for Mobility Services are generally set by the Operating Partners or property owners, not by Juice.

Juice operates in the United States, Sweden, and the European Union. The specific features available to you may vary by location and Operating Partner.

3. Vehicle and Identifier Linking

3.1 Linking and Authorization

By linking a Vehicle or Vehicle Identifier, you authorize Juice and Participating Locations to charge your designated payment method(s) (or issue invoices, if enabled) for Transactions initiated by that Vehicle/Identifier, including applicable service fees, idle/overstay fees, adjustments, taxes, and surcharges.

3.2 Removal Obligation

You must promptly remove any Vehicle/Identifier you no longer own, lease, rent, or control before transfer of possession (e.g., sale, lease return, rental end, employee/contractor separation). You are responsible for all charges incurred by that Vehicle/Identifier until removal is completed and (where applicable) deactivation is confirmed.

3.3 Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use

If a Vehicle/Identifier is lost or stolen, remove/disable it and notify Juice immediately via the channels we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for charges incurred prior to our receipt and processing of your notice.

3.4 Fleet/Admin Responsibility

Fleet administrators are responsible for Vehicles and drivers they add or invite, for payment authorizations, for setting/removing permissions and limits, and for promptly revoking access when a driver/Vehicle leaves their control. Fleets are responsible for charges made by their drivers and sub-accounts.

3.5 No Third-Party Mediation

Juice is not a party to your sales, leases, rentals, employment, or other arrangements with third parties and is not responsible for your failure to remove or disable Vehicles/Identifiers after such arrangements end.

4. Your Account

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. Users under 16 are not permitted to create an account or use the Services.

4.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate and current account, Vehicle, and payment information, and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any linked Vehicles/Identifiers.

4.3 Security

Safeguard your login credentials and any tokens, tags, plates, or other identifiers associated with your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

5. Children and Minors

The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not create an account, use the Services, or provide any information to us.

5.1 COPPA Compliance (Users Under 13)

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information in accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at juice@js.eco.

5.2 No Sale of Minors' Data

We do not sell or share (as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws) the Personal Information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.

5.3 Parental Notification

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided Personal Information to us without their consent, they should contact us at juice@js.eco. We will take reasonable steps to remove such information from our systems.

6. Payments, Fees, and Billing

You pay for the services you use. Charges come from two sources: the Operating Partner's rates (for the service itself) and Juice's service fees (for processing). We will show you estimated costs before a session starts whenever possible, and we will clearly separate the Operating Partner's fees from Juice's fees on your receipt.

6.1 General

You agree to pay for all Transactions initiated by your account's Vehicles/Identifiers. Charges may include: (a) base service price (per kWh, per minute, per session, per wash, per entry, etc.), (b) Juice service fees, (c) idle/overstay or no-show fees, (d) site-specific surcharges (e.g., event rates), and (e) applicable taxes.

6.2 Fee Transparency and Cost Estimates

We are committed to upfront pricing. Where technically feasible, we will display the estimated total cost of a session before it begins, including applicable Juice service fees and Operating Partner rates. Your receipts will itemize the Operating Partner's charges separately from Juice's service fees so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Rates for Mobility Services are generally set by the Operating Partner. Juice's service fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the app, at checkout, or on signage at the Participating Location before your session begins.

Note: This is an abbreviated version of the full Terms of Service. The complete terms include sections on subscriptions, data rights, dispute resolution, and other important legal provisions. By using Juice services, you agree to the full Terms of Service.
